The role as Team Manager for CAE and High Voltage System is a unique opportunity to take the step into our Strategy & Innovation department. You will take the lead of two teams, one developing our future high voltage systems and the other developing simulation/virtual methods for propulsion system attributes like energy efficiency and performance. Both teams consist of highly competent and knowledgeable co-workers, acting in a forward-thinking and dynamic work environment.

What You’ll do
Your primary responsibility will be, in collaboration with the Product Owners and Scrum Masters, to inspire and lead our teams towards new challenges ahead. You ensure the work environment for the teams and set objectives, do performance reviews and salary setting for your team members. You also ensure competence development and recruitment to assure highly skilled individuals with the right competence in line with our long-term technical strategies. 

Also, you contribute with a strong sense of customer focus and business acumen in management forums as well in co-operations with fellow colleagues, team members and suppliers. Your contribution is very important regarding the departments future business direction and results.

Competence is Important
•    M.Sc. or equivalent technical experience
•    Experienced in Product Development
•    Leadership qualities and experiences
•    Beneficial – Experience in High Voltage systems and/or CAE

Personality is Key
