As a company, we're a fast-paced startup that has become the second-largest fintech provider in the Nordics. We offer a fun and inspiring environment and have been providing payment solutions to our Nordic customers for the past eight years.

As the leader of a Nordic team of up to 15 advisors, you'll be responsible for creating an experience that wows our customers while supporting our employees. You'll contribute to creating efficient processes and ensuring high customer satisfaction throughout the entire customer journey. You'll also help develop the future of our operations and work proactively to meet future needs and growth.

Your role will involve coaching your team to deliver the best customer service in a fun, dynamic, fast-paced fintech environment. You'll be responsible for recruitment, one-to-ones, and salary settings, and you'll work closely with the Operations Manager and Customer Service management team. Fluent in Finnish, English, and Swedish, you'll be working to optimize the customer experience and help your employees grow in their roles.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our fintech startup environment, with plenty of opportunities for growth and development. If you have previous leadership and coaching experience, strong communication skills, and experience in customer service, we'd love to hear from you. Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and/or COPC and other Nordic languages is a plus.
