Team Manager Digital Workplace at WSP, Stockholm

WSP is looking for a Team Manager who will lead the way and build the Digital Workplace of the future.

Responsibilities
WSP is one of the world's leading consulting companies and advisors in the development of sustainable engineering solutions. WSP develops everything from cities and transportation infrastructure to water supply and high-rise buildings.

You will be part of an international organization, and together with inspiring colleagues and a great team, you will be leading the way for the Digital Workplace at WSP across the Nordics.

In your role as Team Manager you will coach and support your team to work towards reaching the organizational goals within the IT area and introduce common work methods in the Nordic region.

You will be responsible for improving the user experience across the organization and standardizing WSPs services and processes.

As Team Manager you will have budget responsibility as well as responsibility for agreements and services within the Digital Workplace area and follow up on deliveries from external suppliers or service providers.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have several years of experience from a leadership position and are used to communicating across the organization.

You are a natural leader who is used to making strategic decisions, finding solutions and setting a roadmap for the work that lies ahead.

Collaboration commes easy to you, and as a person you are goal oriented and willing to face new and exciting challenges.

Requirements:
A minimum of five years of leadership experience
Strong communication skills in English
A technical background
Excellent understanding of Microsoft's products and services

Meritorious:
Previous experience of working in a large international organization
