Where You’ll Belong
ART Electric Drive Transmission was one of the first ARTs created within Propulsion when VCC started its agile journey. The ART consists of seven scrum teams plus two shared service teams with the focus to do in-house mechanical development for Electric Vehicles.

We are now searching for two Team Managers to lead the teams “Torque Distribution & Mounts” and “Structure”. These teams are responsible for the in-house design and development of Mechanical components such as Differentials, Driveshafts, Torque Vectoring, Mounting systems and Structural parts.

You ensure the work environment, set objectives, do performance reviews and salary setting in a motivating and inspiring environment for your team members. You also ensure competence development and recruitment to assure highly skilled individuals with the right competence in line with our long-term technical strategies. 

Also, you contribute with a strong sense of customer focus and business acumen in management forums as well in co-operations with fellow colleagues, team members and suppliers. Your contribution is very important regarding the department and the company’s future business direction and results. 

Competence is Important
•    M.Sc. or equivalent technical experience 
•    Experienced in Product Development
•    Documented leadership qualities and experiences 
•    Leading projects with suppliers

Personality is Key
You are a self-starter with a pioneering spirit; resourceful and able to take ownership. You enjoy changes as you will be working in a fast-paced, intellectually challenging environment. You have an ability to lead through people, listen and coach.   

You are an experienced problem solver, looking for a bigger business challenge. You are analytical as well as creative when facing a challenge and you are truly motivated by creating new solutions together with the cross-functional team.
