In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:

- As Team manager for the team that is responsible for the development and maintenance of the systems handling the Clearing & Settlement processes, you will lead, support and develop the team members for a successful delivery with common goals.

- Prepare the organisation for new ways of working including implementation of new processes, control functions and reskilling of users.

- Actively support the group’s daily deliveries.

- Organize and plan team activities and make the necessary priorities.

- Maintain and develop effective processes, methods, and rules.

- Create, follow up and deliver on long-term plans and goals for the department and the group.

- A proactive and close cooperation with other units within Swedbank and PayEx.

What is needed in this role:
- Relevant university degree in a related field.


- Leader experience, team manger experience.


- Excellent people management skills.


- Knowledge and experience within card business will be a merit .


- Ability to create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture (listen, ask questions, build trust).


- Good coordination skills with ability to plan, priorities and structure the team activities.


- To be solution- and result oriented in addition to an open mind.


- Internal drive and personal efficiency.


- Good cooperation skills.


- Proficient in oral and written English in addition to Swedish.

be a part of a new Card Processing unit responsible for the processes of authorization, clearing and settlement within the Card payment area, supporting the Nordic and the Baltic Acquiring and Issuing business. We handle their card transactions from all over the world and ensures that Mastercard, Visa, Amex, UPI, JCB and Diners transactions are authorized, fraud monitored, cleared, and settled. We together with our internal customers deliver challenging projects, maximize customers value and increasing Swedbank’s competitive advantage.
