Team Manager for Oracle database teams

What you need in this role:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field (people management or IT), or a great reason for not having one;
- Experience in leading teams that provide core services;
- Knowledge about agile way of working, general IT principles;
- You have great interpersonal skills, analytical thinking and attention to detail;
- You have solid coaching leadership experience and your passion is empowering people!
