HR Services (HRS) based in Sweden is a regional center that provides qualified HR services to Sandvik in Sweden, Norway and Denmark with a local center in Finland. This includes professional support and advice to managers and employees in the area of HR, as well as payroll, recruitment services and administration of personal and organizational data. Operations are characterized by a high tempo and a strong customer focus.
Recruitment is a part of HR Service and aims to deliver world-class recruitment to all Sandvik companies in Sweden, Norway and Denmark. The function is very important to ensuring that Sandvik attracts, selects and recruits candidates that match Sandvik requirements and future business needs. The team includes Recruiting Specialists, Recruiting Assistants, Employer Branding Specialists and Copywriters.
Key performance areas
We are looking for a qualified and proactive individual who has a positive attitude, and would like to build the future Recruitment team in order to deliver a world-class recruitment service. As Manager of recruitment you will have the responsibility to ensure that the right expertise is available, and your focus will be on building the team and delivery and how they evolve. You have a personal responsibility for your work and team, which among other things include:
- Operational responsibility for delivering recruitment services to all Sandvik companies within Sweden, Norway and Denmark
- Ensuring that the team's skills are constantly evolving and the team members learn from each other
- Running the operations and leading your team according to set processes and standards utilized by HRS
- Working closely with HRBPs, unions and site representatives to develop the delivery of responsibility
- Working closely with Process Developers and other Team Managers to develop your team and the overall operations in HRS
Your profile
We are looking for someone with a relevant degree and at least five years? experience within HR. Preferably you have experience of leading and developing a team delivering recruitment services, and it is of great importance that you are comfortable with, and have experience from, operating within a process driven organization. You have the ability to plan and staff your areas of responsibility, follow up on results and support your team in challenging situations. Fluency in English and Swedish, both written and spoken, is essential. You have good computer skills and are proficient in Microsoft Office.
To succeed in the role requires that you believe that recruitment service is crucial. You have an analytical and holistic approach regarding cause and effect and have the ability to analyze facts and draw conclusions. You see the importance of performance management, cost control and continuous improvement in case management.
