Description
As a Team Manager for the PFA you are responsible for coaching and supporting the team in it´s journey to become selforganized, you will work in an Agile way of working in collaboration with the Scrummaster and the Productowner and take part in the journey to organize and secure that the team has the right prerequisites to be able to perform, you are not afraid to challenge and help them try new things, ways of working and learn more as a team and a teammember, you like to work with constant improvement and see reflection and feedback as a vital part in order to succeed.

Work tasks:

- Lead and coach the PFA team

- Be a part of the management team for Fixed Income/Shared platforms

- Develop your staff and improve ways of working

- Furthermore, drive and take initiative to make sure the team deliveries in the most efficient way

- Be brave and try new things and challenge behaviors in order to learn new things about yourself and the team

- Build a feedback culture that thrives in the agile context

- Act as a ambassador for the agile way of working

Mandatory competence and experience:

You have a proven track record of leading in an efficient and agile way

- You are driven and have a willingness to constantly develop yourself, learn new things and have the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders

- You are a team player who thrives by being part of high-performing teams and enjoys coaching and supporting your surrounding

- Fluent in swedish and english.
