The IT Operations function provides a reliable, yet flexible operation of the IKEA Information Systems.The function is responsible for securing that all IKEA applications run and are supported to meet the IKEA needs.

In IKEA IT Operations Global Production we are looking for 3 Team Managers.2 to be located in Älmhult and 1 I Helsingborg.

As a Team Manager your main task will be to attract, develop, and inspire co-workers by realizing the Human Resource Idea.Create an environment where the IKEA culture is a strong and living reality that embraces the diversity of co-workers.Take responsibility for communication by spreading, interpreting and refining information to co-workers.Assume responsibility for securing agreed deliveries of your team and for other tasks and projects as they occur, while keeping setting rules and standards.All in order to support the growing IKEA.You do that by providing clear directions and goals, which you regularly follow-up.You motivate, coach, empower and make your co-workers grow.Being service minded comes natural to you, but you also know when to "draw the line".You uphold and develop ethics and company values and above all, you lead by example.

As a team manager you will be responsible for managing 5-15 resources working in several competence areas, having responsibility in global IT operations.You report to the Functional manager and are part of the Global Production Function layer management team.

- have solid management background
- have appropriate university exam or correspondingly working experience in the IT area
- are fluent in English, speaking as well as in writing
