Team Manager, Support Fulfilment Unit, Helpdesk, IKEA IT Delivery

The purpose of Support Fulfilment Unit is to support end-users, solve incidents and fulfil requests. The unit will do this by providing Helpdesk with the right competence and capacity at the right time based on a plan from the Plan & Operate Unit.
This unit will consist of approximately 200 co-workers, with the far majority being Support Analysts.

Assignment
In your position as Team Manager within Support Fulfilment you will report to one of the Managers within Support Fulfilment. We want YOU who want to take responsibility and grow with the task to support & develop IKEA. We focus on our users and business and view technology as a mean.

As Team Manager within Support Fulfilment your main responsibility is to secure that you have the right number of recourses available when needed, with the right competences, performing on the right level. In this role you will lead a number of Support Analysts, challenging and supporting them.

You work in close cooperation with the Shift Leads to get input on performance of your team. Together with the Shift Leads you secure a stable availability on all shifts and channels on a daily basis. Through individual follow up and co-listening you will have a good understanding of the performance and competence level for each co-worker in the team.

To be successful in this role you have a good and wide knowledge about IT organization, strategies, processes and working methods. You have good knowledge and experience of working with change and communication. You understand implement strategies, the effects of change and the different needs people have in a change process.

You have the ability to express opinions, information and key points of an argument clearly.
