Who is your future team?
IT Quality Assurance handles QA for several of Axis most important IT systems. We support the development teams at Information Systems with QA related competence and processes.

The team consists of about 10 test engineers working in close co-operation with the development teams in all phases of development. Their way of working is open-minded and offers flexibility as well as strong ownership.
You will also work with quality between department and beyond systems that increase business value.

What you'll do here as ITQA Manager?
You will be part of the IT Governance department within Information Systems. As an ITQA Manager you will be leading the team in both strategic and operational parts. The team's responsibility and processes are continuously improved and updated. You will be in the driving seat to help us optimize value and way of working.

The main tasks include:

* Develop, lead and support your team members
* Collaborate with other teams within Information Systems to drive quality related development and similar topics.
* Develop and enhance the use of Quality Assurance at Information Systems
* Identify improvements and opportunities based on feedback and discussions.
* Work very close to the projects and make sure that the team delivers in an efficient and positive way.

Who are we looking for/Who are you?
We believe you have a genuine interest, talent and experience in leading people and organizations. You have a natural ability to motivate your team, creating an open and innovative work environment. Apart from this we believe you have a strong personal drive, enjoy teamwork and welcome challenges in a positive way. You have a technical interest and like to work close to your team on a day- to day basis, supporting them in solving their challenges.

As a person you are humble and empathetic in balance with the ability to negotiate and take decisions when needed. You are an open-minded, responsive and cooperative person, who builds positive relationships and think win-win.

We'd love to hear that you have/are:

* Several years of leadership experience, preferably as a manager.
* Several years of experience from Quality Assurance.
* Experience in agile software development
* Fluent in Swedish and English
