What you’ll do
As a Team Manager for the group Measure & Development solutions, within the five groups of Testing Technology & Metrology, you will be an important key person to initiate and lead the competence development within the area. The closely positioned groups have the overall responsibility for Measurement tools & strategy, HIL technology, Electronic Prototyping within R&D to provide the organization with reliable measurement technologies. As team manager, you will lead the group responsible for the measurement strategies and that develops new solutions for measurement and network communication. The team is also responsible to give support to users of the existing solutions. The group consists of two teams with different technical focuses.
Main responsibilities:
• Developing people and teams through coaching, mentoring and feedback
• Competence planning, recruitment, development of the organisation and employees to fulfil current
and future needs
• Lead, control and follow up the groups deliverables
• Establish and operate through networks together with our customers
• Apply a holistic view of the measurement area taking both suppliers and R&D need’s into consideration
• Actively participate in the section management team and contribute to the development and improvement of operational efficiency and quality of deliveries
Do you fit the profile?
You have a Masters degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Engineering Physics, Mechatronics, Computer Science or equivalent and good leadership and communication skills. You also have a strong understanding of measurement technology and development of such a business and you are fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken. Experience from product development is meritorious.
