Are you a leader with a knack for bringing out the best in people and are triggered to find new perspectives during change? We are in the midst of a major transformation of Swedbank’s core infrastructure. Over the coming years our teams will shift competence from infrastructure engineers to software engineers, to work cloud as easy and secure as today’s in-house solutions, while in parallel support Swedbank’s major tech -and business initiatives with a strong customer focus. We are looking for a Team Manager to join our family of world class network competence and support them to provide the best network solutions in banking.

- Be instrumental in the network team’s success by being close to them day to day, as well as drive long term competence development with a customer centricity perspective.
- Build a close relation and cooperation with teams across all tech and business areas, as network security is a common denominator in most initiatives.
- Deliver towards challenging targets with a lot of mandate and freedom in how to reach these goals and ensure we continue provide our 7 million customers cross Sweden and Baltics with stable future proof services.

What is needed in this role:
- Leadership experience from a managerial role, great if you have worked with technical teams.
- A strong drive to succeed through others using servant leadership, giving your people incentives to grow.
- Strong understanding of Scrum theory, practices, and roles.
- Experience from recruiting as we are and will continue growing the team.
- Ability to coordinate and make things happen with an “Everything is possible" - attitude.
- Good communication skills, business understanding and customer focus.
- Ability and willingness to do things differently.
- Fluency in both Swedish and English as your team lives in Sweden, Estonia, Lithuania, and Latvia.
