In Helsingborg we manufacture Nicorette & Rhinocort products for the global market. Our Nicorette products - found in over 80 countries - help people around the world to quit tobacco and live healthier lives. In addition to manufacturing, we also have a global research and development unit working in three areas: Smoking Cessation, Digestive Health and Cough & Cold. Team Manager in our Coating production
You will lead and manage around 25 line Operators in the Coating department that operates in shift pattern. The role includes daily operative management, continuous improvements, project work and more long-term development action plans. There’s a close and effective cooperation and sharing among the members of the business unit leadership team that you will be an important part of. Together with your peers, standards are defined and implemented that enable a continuous improvement towards world class manufacturing.
Objectives of the Position
Plan, execute and follow-up activities and result in daily business
Develop direct reports thru feedback, coaching and structured performance management. Work with the team to flawlessly deliver expected business results with our consumers, customers and stakeholders in mind
Preventive and proactive approach to ensure overall compliance in EHS&S and Quality
Analyze line performance. Initiate and lead continuous improvements through daily operations and improvement program
Represent business owners’ interest in investment and new product introduction projects
Qualifications
A minimum of completed Swedish gymnasium (required).
Tertiary technical or management education (required).
Professional level in both Swedish and English (required).
More than 3 years’ experience in a leadership role (merit).
Knowledge of clean room standards and GMP (merit).
Experience of continuous improvement and LEAN/Six Sigma (merit).
Experience/skills of working in computerized systems/organizations (required).
