Your team

Your team works on a global level dedicated to China. The team consists of 10 team members in Linköping that work as project manager, tech leads, application- and integration engineers. In addition, all projects are performed in cooperation with two teams on site in China.

Everyone involved has a high social level and great willingness to cooperate to achieve the team's goals and solve any problems.

This is what you will do

As Team Manager you will have the overall responsibility of your team and its operations, and to continuously develop the team and its members when it comes to performance as well as professional growth. To your help you will have a Project Manager who oversees planning and leads the operative day to day work. Your responsibility is to take a holistic perspective of the team and its goals towards China and NIRA overall. To do so, you will need to be present in the team as well as with customer and partners, understanding challenges and possibilities, and support where needed.

You are in charge of budget and responsible for the results; technically, quality-wise and financially.

You are a part of the management team at Vehicle Onboard Analytics and report to the Business Unit Manager. Together, you will contribute to develop both the business unit and NIRA through strategic as well as operational work.

Who are you?

Other required qualifications:

- Minimum of 4-6 years of relevant work experience.
- Minimum Bachelor within engineering.
- Experience of working with leadership.
- Experience of working in an international environment.
- Experience of working with outsourced or distributed teams.
- Fluency in English, written and spoken.
- Knowledge and understanding of software development.


Experience from automotive industry and working in an international context, especially towards China, is meritorious.
