TEAM MANAGER OF 2ND LINE SUPPORT

WE ARE NOW LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a Team Manager to challenge and grow our 2nd line support team. Are you a leader with that sweet feeling for solving tricky situations with a smile? Then you are the one we are looking for!

Since our employees are our biggest and most important assets, your main focus will be your team and the individuals in it. We expect you to build a motivating environment and a great team spirit for each individual to grow in.

The team today consisting of 9 technical experts who solve cases not only related to our products, but complex problems concerning everything in the customer´s environment from clients to network and servers. As part of this role you will also work actively with customer support cases and handle communication with costumers.

WHAT WE REQUIRE FROM YOU

• Leadership experience with personnel responsibility
• Solid skills in team building and strong communication skills
• Experience from support environments in an international context
• Experience from product support with a deeper technical understanding
• A can do attitude and strong personal drive
• Fluency in both Swedish and English, written and spoke
