Are you a tech savvy problem solver who also loves to work in a team and support your colleagues? If so, we might have the perfect role for you! Our Partner Service department is now looking for a Team Manager who will be responsible for a team of 20 employees. The team is responsible for giving our restaurant partners the best possible service and your role will be to provide your teammates with the support they need in their daily work. The role includes coaching the team, being a problem solver regarding the different systems and much more. Does this sound like a job for you? Come join our ride!

WHAT YOU WILL (BUT NOT ONLY) DO

- You will be responsible for a team of 20 partner service agents and make sure the department runs smoothly every day

- Have full personal responsibility for your team, including coaching, 1:1 and other Human Resource matters

- Work on a daily basis in Salesforce, Tableau and Google Suite, and support your team in these systems when needed

- Work strategically with the systems and help improving the processes and routines

- Find solutions to technical related problems

- Leadership skills - Your leadership skills will be one of the most important skills in this position. For you it’s a no-brainer to lead by good example

- Solutions oriented - You see solutions where others see problems

- Self reliant - You grab new tasks before someone asks you to and you like to work independently and drive your own work forward

- Prioritization ability - You can see what needs to be done and when, and have the ability to prioritize your tasks in the right order

- Driven - You are motivated and always want to perform your very best



REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- You have at least one years experience of full personnel responsibility, preferable within customer service, support, sales or other relevant field

- You have 1-2 years experience from some kind of technical role, for example technical customer support, first line or second line

- You have a big interest in IT and systems, you will work in 14 (!) different systems

- You have experience in Salesforce or similar CRM systems

- You can communicate fluently in swedish and english verbally and in written text

- It will be seen as meritorious if you have a University degree within IT or similar



Start date: February/March 2022
