Team Manager Performance

Does the combination of a team manager and analytical role sound too good to be true? It’s not! Foodora is now looking for a Team Manager to the Performance team where you will have personnel responsibilities over a team of seven Performance Agents. This includes leading the team forward, following up our partner restaurants' performance, finding areas of improvement, recruiting new stars to the team and much more. WHAT YOU WILL (BUT NOT ONLY) DO

- You will lead the team towards success by following up results, taking care of personnel issues, dig into our systems and work hands-on with following up our restaurants performance

- Identify problems our customers have and find areas of improvement. The team works with analyzing data och follow up restaurants so that they can be constantly improved

- Have personnel responsibilities, which will include recruitment, development talks, salaries etc.

- You will represent your team and work within different projects together with other departments internally

- Work closely with Malin who is responsible for KPIs and also the Performance Specialist regarding strategic questions

- Self-reliant - As all the structures and processes are not always 100% set at foodora (which we hope you love!), there are high demands that you will be able to be independent in your role

- Initiator - We will put trust in you in this role, therefore we think it’s extremely important that you’re not afraid to take initiatives of your own

- Solutions oriented - We believe you have the ability to always find solutions to any problem that might occur

- Structured - Are you a person who always wants to improve and develop routines or working methods to make them better or more effective? Awesome!

- Leadership - Your leadership skills will be one of the most important skills in this position. For you it’s a no-brainer to lead by good example



REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- You have at least two years documented experience of personnel responsibilities, preferably from an administrative role

- Probably you have worked in a technical support role of some kind where you have become accustomed to dig into different systems, follow up KPIs and similar

- Experience from Salesforce and/or Tableau is meritorious

- A university degree within a relevant field is meritorious

- You can communicate fluently in swedish and english verbally and in written text
