Where You’ll Belong
The newly created ART Power Electronics SW will deliver the power electronics for all derivatives of electric propulsions within Vehicle Propulsion. 
Do you share our belief in diversity and are ready to make a difference? Then the role of Team Manager for the group Inverter Controls & Complete SW within Power Electronics is the perfect challenge for you. We offer an exciting career opportunity, and we value diversity. 

The group consists of three teams driving and aligning the development of the Inverter software towards our SW platform. They are responsible for the application layer in an Autosar context, from concept to finalizing the SW functions and deployment towards our vehicles. The teams scope includes the complete V-model for the in-house part and supplier-developed functions that will be integrated with Volvo develop SW functions.

Your Contribution
We are now seeking a committed and collaborative colleague who wants to join us with the primary responsibility to inspire and lead our teams toward new challenges ahead. You and the teams focus is to advance the development of electric propulsion technology development. You ensure the work environment for the team and set objectives, do performance reviews and salary setting for your team members. You also ensure competence development and recruitment to assure highly skilled individuals with the right competence in line with our long-term technical strategies. 

Also, you contribute with a strong sense of customer focus and business acumen in management forums as well in co-operations with fellow colleagues, team members and suppliers. Your contribution is very important regarding the departments future business direction and results. 

Competence is Important
•    M.Sc. or equivalent technical experience 
•    Experienced in Product Development
•    Documented leadership qualities and experiences 
•    Leading projects with suppliers

You are flexible and enjoy changes as you will be working in a fast-paced, intellectually challenging environment.  You are an experienced problem solver, looking for a bigger business challenge. As a person, you also apply creative thinking to issues and analyze qualitative and quantitative research data.
