What’s in it for you?
This role is within our Global Online Experience (GOX) organization, which is using digital technologies to reinvent the experience of becoming, and being, a Volvo customer. Within GOX we are responsible for a very wide range of user interaction and customer experiences, and the organization is divided into clusters with cross-functional teams responsible for each area. Our team, Digital Publishing, is responsible for globalizing the Volvo cars online experience. This involves planning, translating, validating, and rolling out new functions, features, and product offer in all our 97 markets.
What you'll do:
You will be responsible for a team that is handling product information and data in a multi-market context. In your work, you will likely spend some time on developing new agile processes as well as improving the current way of working, and the rest of your time as the manager, responsible for hiring, compensation, and employee career development.

Who you are:
We are looking for an experienced Digital Content Manager. You have a passion for transforming and developing agile teams and best practices, experience interacting with business and product development teams to understand their needs and missions. With servant leadership and a strong online sales foundation, you strive to create a team that can support changing requirements in a fast and nimble fashion.
Strong people management, collaboration, and communication skills are essential in this role. Someone who likes to have fun at work and takes great care in making sure everyone always feels welcome and included!
You enjoy working in a high pace and fast-changing business, which gives you additional drive and stimulates your sense of urgency. You are an experienced problem solver, looking for a complex business challenge. You apply creative thinking, never hesitate to think outside the box, and use data to efficiently bring you forward.
