About the job

As Team Manager Project Orders, you will be responsible for a team of Bid Engineers, Order Engineers, Local purchasers & System support located in Lund.

Your focus will be on leading your team with clear processes to continuously improve, as well as helping to secure and increase the competitiveness of Project order LA (Local Assembly) by long term development of processes and co-workers towards highly set standards. ALPS is the foundation for how we run our business.

You will have full responsibility for the teams result regarding Sustainability, Quality, Delivery and Cost and you will have close collaboration with Business Units, Project Order Front Office, Design & other internal make & supply organizations, and other Team Managers in the factory.

What you know

Previous leadership experience, including administration/support in manufacturing industry.

Ability to communicate in English with confidence.
