Team Manager Risk Reporting

In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:

- Lead, inspire and empower a team of six highly skilled Risk Officers.

- Produce and develop risk reports and optimise risk reporting processes.

- Coordinate strategic Group Risk initiatives.

What is needed in this role:

- Proven leadership experience and personnel responsibility within the financial service sector. Maybe you have a background within banking, audit firm or financial supervisory authority.

- 8+ years of experience within risk, financial, regulatory, supervisory and/or management reporting. Knowledge of regulatory risk reporting requirements.

- Great ability to motivate your team towards common goals.
- Proven track record when it comes to delivering top quality results.
- Creative and solution-oriented mindset that enables you to make complex material accessible.
- Outstanding analytical and writing skills.
- Proficiency in English and Swedish, both written and spoken.
- University degree (Business Administration, Economics).
- Previous experience from IT change management initiatives related to reporting area is meriting.
