In the Connectivity Platform department within the Unit Connected Experience, we build products that enhances the experience of owning a car. Our teams develop connectivity products and services for our vehicles – connecting them anywhere and anytime! 

Now we are looking for curious, creative people who want to change the world through innovative thinking – a passionate Team Manager based in Gothenburg, Sweden, site Lindholmen.

The System Team and SW Release teams are responsible for supplier base functionality, Cybersecurity and releasing of SW components that constitutes the delivery from Connectivity Platform. We use modern tools and agile methods to create business value continuously. We ensure high quality and adaptability in our development and delivery. Of course, we have a lot of fun together while doing it.

What you’ll do 
You’ll help the engineers on your team by removing obstacles and helping them grow. You’ll contribute to agile ways of working, through technical leadership and close collaboration with product owners, scrum masters, other teams and leaders. You are a person that has adopted a lean agile mind-set, applied a servant leadership, have good communication skills and collaborate well.  

You will work with teams across the company, across many functions, such as product management, business development and with external companies. 

You and your skills 
We are looking for an experienced engineering manager, who has previously built and led agile teams. You have experience in people management, cross-functional collaboration, SW and/or HW development, release and supplier management as well as a strong sense of business. You probably have a university degree within engineering or similar, and solid experience from automotive development or related technical field.
Strong people management, collaboration and communication skills are essential when working in a diverse and international setting. It is also important that you are continuously developing your own skills, and guide and coach your teams to continuously develop theirs.
