Your mission
Our departments within underground drilling and material handling have grown significantly the last few years and therefore we have made organizational changes to meet the customer’s needs. We are now looking for nine team managers with product ownership for our nine new teams. We offer a solid mix of customer support activities to new functionality development within automation and autonomous underground material handling and drilling equipment.
As team manager, you will be part of the department R&D management team and contributing to the department mission and vision. This in parallel to the daily operations including removing blockers for the teams, competence mapping and development short- and long term and being a role model creating the energizing culture with motivated people. We believe that continuous feedback to what we do are cornerstones to a learning organization in all stages through exploration, functionality development to deployment.
As product owner, you are the guardian of the backlog for the product team. Meaning close collaboration with our stakeholders to set priority, grooming activities for pull effect by the development teams and setting a cadence of releases and demos are some of the things to drive together with the local team scrum masters.
Who are we looking for?
We believe you have a solid experience in agile development methodologies, well-structured in grooming the backlog and see to the people’s side of things. You probably have an academic degree within computer science, engineering or other relevant background. We are a global company and therefore good English both verbal and written are a need.
We are looking for a humble leader with great communication skills, that have a solid drive to ensure our stakeholders needs are met with high level of interaction and transparency. As a person, we believe you are challenging the status quo and have the ability to master desired changes.
