Team Manager to Altran in Malmö

Altran seeks Team Manager to develop the business Unit Industry in Malmö

As a Team Manager, you will lead and motivate a fast growing team of 20 engineers in software development, electronics and automation and secure that we offer our key clients the best solutions and competence. You have the full responsibility for your team, profit & loss, and operations with your resources. You engage your employees, build a strong team and make sure that their competence gets the best possible development. You also ensure profitability and growth of your team through recruiting for, and creating a great working environment. Ensuring projects and tasks for your team is a key component and you thrive in the discussion with our customers in developing their business. The job will challenge you, but in return, you have the freedom to plan your work and progress yourself.

In summary; the job is about service and about creating long-lasting relationships with your team and your clients. A job for you who likes to make things happen!

You will ensure:

a happy and thriving team, staff your employees in suitable projects (Lead)
projects and task renewals and sales on your territory. Work on technical and financial client proposals (Sell)
suitable additions to your team, recruit and collaborate with our Talent team (Grow)

We believe you are passionate about leadership and appreciate a variety of duties with many contacts both internally and externally. You like to have fun at your workplace and always strive to do “bigger and better”. It is a merit if you have experience from the consultancy business and in order to be successful, we would like you to have the following background :

University degree or equivalent within business or engineering
At least 5 years’ experience from either project leading, sales or leadership
Fluent in Swedish and English

In Malmö you will work close with your colleagues, with the other Altran team on site in Malmö and with our world class centre (frog). You and your team of about 20 engineers, will be working with the cutting edge of IT and technology, surrounded by more than 50 colleagues at the Malmö office. Our staff at the Malmö office consist of dedicated and skilled engineers with high expertise from Mechanics, Electronics, Software, Hardware, Quality, Regulatory and Leadership.
