We are now looking for an ambitious and collaborative Team Responsible to be leading our Non-Commercial Goods Operational Purchase Marketing & Campaign Product team.

The Group NCG Development and Procurement function is here to support our H&M brands with Development and Procurement capabilities within Non-Commercial Goods. We develop our brands concepts from a design, quality, sustainability, and cost perspective aligned with brand DNA.
The Operational Purchase Marketing & Campaign Product team have the responsibility to coordinate, order and follow-up deliveries of all window and instore material to support the H&M Group brand's commercial activities in our physical stores, contributing to our customer experience and driving traffic into the stores. Responsibilities also include ordering all consumer packaging for both store and online across the business. In this role you will be reporting to the Head of NCG Supply Chain and be a part of that leadership team. You will be responsible for leading and managing your team, ensuring that they have the right resources and competences as well as setting and following up on goals and targets for the team. You will be responsible for developing ways of working and processes to adapt in a changing environment and be responsible for ensuring that we deliver on the "order to delivery" process in an efficient way and that we are enabling the best total cost of ownership as well as other demands and challenges connected to our business.
As Team Responsible you will work closely with your key stakeholders and together with the team, be responsible for setting plans to enable the execution of all projects related to our commercial plan at product level.
Your main responsibilities include:
Lead, coach and develop your team.
Secure right team set-up and competence.
Responsibility for your business area including setting goals, priorities, follow-up on KPIs and ensuring deliveries.
Support related functions and countries within the area of window and instore material by suggesting the best method from an order to delivery perspective.
Developing ways of working and fostering a learning organization and mindset in the team.
Identify opportunities to drive continuous improvements within the area with a clear ownership and purpose driven agenda.
Play a key role in setting up processes contributing to relevant purchase and supply chain strategies, securing that we deliver on the demands from the business.
Cross-functional collaboration with key stakeholders to ensure collaboration and efficient ways of working.
Qualifications
To succeed in this position, we believe you also have:
Academic degree within business economics or similar and with several years' working experience or relevant work experience in a similar area.
Experience from formal or informal leadership.
A background within supply chain, operational purchasing leading roles and/or project managemen.t
A proven record of accomplishment of developing efficient ways of working to reduce waste in the supply chain.
A natural ability to see the bigger picture, implementing strategies and guiding others.
Structured and are good at prioritizing and setting activities to secure business results.
Good understanding of the end customer and retail in general.
Thrive in a fast-moving and complex organization and have a proven record of accomplishment of creating clarity and structure in an ever-changing environment.
Structured and good logical and analytical skills.

This is a full-time permanent contract placed in Stockholm.
