HVDC (High Voltage Direct Current) is a product group in Hitachi Energy, which develops, manufactures and sells DC transmission systems on a global market. HVDC technology is used to transmit electricity over long distances and for power transmission via submarine cables. It is also used to connect power systems.
Your responsibilities
Support product development teams consisting of electronics design engineers, mechanical engineers, plant design engineers and other functions with PLM solutions.
Understand business requirements and design technical solutions by interpreting the business needs.
This role includes prototyping, configuring, upgrading, and troubleshooting/resolving issues related to Teamcenter Implementations.
Work as support for Teamcenter user issues.
Training other users about Teamcenter general functionality as well as new features/improvements.

Your background

Knowledge in programming languages: Java, C++, and C.
Development experience with Server (ITK) side customization, Client customization (RAC) and Service-oriented architecture (SOA) customization.
Experience with configuring customization and administration of Active Workspace.
Experience with Data Modelling (BMIDE), Workflows and Access control.
Knowledge of Teamcenter Solution areas such as BOM (Structure Management), Configuration Management, Change Management and CAD Integration.
Experience with configuring, customizing and administration of Teamcenter Dispatcher-solutions.
As you will work both locally and in an international environment, excellent knowledge in English is required.
