The Information Management & Insights (IM&I) organisation is a part of the central Data & Analytics (D&A) domain. We quality-assure data driven decision making across the company through sustainable data products built on trusted data in contribution to the D&A purpose, we deliver a foundation of capabilities, trusted data-products, and drive data literacy to uplift and promote our company to adopt a data driven culture.

What you’ll do:
As a Team-Engineering manager you will lead and grow a team of Data & Information Architects and Insights Leads through hiring, mentoring, inspiring and continuous feedback. In this team you will be responsible in fostering a culture of innovation, adopting an agile and value-driven approach to information architecture and creating a culture of collaboration and efficiency.

You will lead decision-making around our Enterprise Information Model as well as govern and promote information architecture principles and standards across the organization. It will be important that you ensure the establishment of an enterprise-level approach to taxonomy and metadata.

You will also build and maintain stakeholder networks across business and architectural domains, acting as the point of contact for information architecture matters. In addition you will be an active member of the Information Management & Insights leadership team and collaborate with other leaders across the domain and beyond. 

Who you are:
You are a person that loves leading, developing, inspiring, and growing a diverse team. You have previous managerial experience and knows what it takes to build a high performing team. You possess a deep understanding of how to translate product and business goals into data & information architecture with the ability to mentor and guide your team. You are very knowledgeable and passionate about modern architectural practices and are someone who believes in an economic and pragmatic approach to information architecture.

Prior to starting a technical leadership career, you have had extensive experience working either hands-on as an architect or within data management and analytics, preferably in an agile environment. You embrace a growth mindset and encourage others to do the same.

You have great people skills and a ‘can-do’ attitude to cope with ambiguity in a high-paced global environment. You are a compassionate person who understands that every individual and situation have their specific needs, and you can adapt your leadership style and interactions accordingly. Last but not the least, you like to have fun at work and take great care in making sure everyone always feels welcome and included!
