The role of the Professional Services Team Lead, reporting to the Regional Professional Services Manager, is to be responsible for leading a team of cyber security consultants, delivering specialist services to Orange Cyberdefense’s customers. Within this role, some part-time consulting will be expected, however the main focus of the role is to be a leader for the Consultants.
Key Responsibilities:
- First escalation point for a team of consultants within the Professional Services Team
- Running individual appraisals for the team
- Ensure timesheets are completed in a timely manner and reporting is available within the set deadlines
- QA documentation (SoW’s, designs, reports etc.)
- Ensuring the team’s holiday/sickness and other absences, expense claims etc are processed
- Deliver a high standard of consultancy to customers
- Mentor and support with development for Professional Services Team members
- Drive customer satisfaction across services delivered by the Sweden Professional Services Team
- Represent Orange Cyberdefense Sweden at key events, including participating in key vendor QBR’s
- Develop & maintain relationships with key vendor contacts
- Be a challenger; a role model demonstrating our values
The role has a team of PS Consultants, directly reporting towards it. As with all other members of the Orange Cyberdefense Sweden team, the team lead position is expected to contribute to the mentoring of junior staff, trainees and apprentices as required.
Skills & Experience:
Understanding Orange Cyberdefense’s solutions and services within the cyber security field e.g.:
- SIEM
- Network security (on prem, cloud, DNS, FW, VPN)
- Information security (governance, risk and compliance)
- Endpoint security (EDP/EDR)
- Identity Access Management (IAM)
In addition to the above:
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written in Swedish and English; able to communicate effectively with staff/customers at all levels
- Broad understanding of typical security architectures
- Strong knowledge of networking, both native and cloud, with a logical and methodical approach towards troubleshooting
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-focused attitude
- Awareness of common security vendors and products
- Up to date understanding of the latest Cyber threats and associated business risks
- Business-oriented, brave and able to drive innovation
- Awareness on current security challenges and solutions in areas such as application delivery and next generation firewalls
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team with shared objectives, and act on their own initiative
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Drive teambuilding and foster an appealing work environment based on our values
- Be passionate about the development of the consultants, customer service and teamwork
