Vestas Northern Europe AB > Region NCE > Document Controlling Central, North/West
Vestas Northern & Central Europe is a sales business unit covering Scandinavia, the UK, Ireland, Poland, the Baltics, Germany, and Benelux as well as Eastern Europe. We are responsible for the Sales function, Project, Installation, and Service of wind farms throughout these regions. We aim to be the No. 1 performing business unit within Vestas, and we aim to make Vestas Northern and Central Europe the best place to work.
The Construction Department oversees all wind farm projects from start to completion. The team takes responsibility for a wind farm once a contract has been signed - and remains responsible until the final tests are completed. Working closely with the logistics, procurement, and finance departments, the team keeps the project on budget and on schedule and ensures that our global safety and quality standards are met. Construction also works closely with the Sales and Legal Departments to ensure that each wind farm delivers the highest energy yield within the client's specifications.
The Project Documentation department is responsible for the whole documentation scope within construction. The aim of this function is to provide the agreed scope of project-specific as-built documentation to the project's customer and enable internal departments like Service to access the documents.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and supervise the fulfillment of safety and environment procedures related to projects
Responsibility of personnel
Monitor the progress of the documentation scope in projects
Perform Risk and Opportunities management within the projects, including strategies, action plans, and follow-up
Support the implementation of new or improved processes and procedures
Liaising with stakeholders
Qualifications
Graduated in science, engineering, or relevant
Documented experience as a people leader with similar responsibilities
Experience in an international environment
SAP knowledge as an additional skill
Competencies
Fluent in English, both written and verbal
Good communication skills as you will communicate with stakeholders within construction, sales, service and management, suppliers, and partners
Basic technical understanding and affinity to commercial and administrative topics
Customer oriented

Additional information
The work location is in Hamburg, Husum in Germany, or Malmo, Sweden.
Travels- occasionally, approx. . 6 times per year.
