Nu söker vi Teamleader till global helpdesk med placering i Stockholm.


Atrivo har sedan starten 2003 fokuserat på att leverera erfaren kompetens inom området IT-infrastruktur. Vår ambition är att vara Stockholms vassaste leverantör av supportspecialister, drifttekniker, tekniska projektledare samt olika typer av linjeroller.


DESCRIPTION

Global IT Helpdesk in Sweden is a team of 35 agents. We are based in Stockholm and our assignment is to help internal-users worldwide with IT-related questions and support in accordance with our Incident Management process. We are a global (24/7) support, meaning that we are open in Sweden from 08-00 (summertime) 08-01 (wintertime) weekdays and weekends.

You will work together with 2 other team leaders and will share the responsibilities and the assignments.


RESPONSIBILITIES

- Scheduling, i.e. ensure that all roles are staffed at all times.
Breaks, Lunches, Shift work and Holiday staffing.
- Collect and analyze statistic
Monitoring of Case quality and calls
- Support and coach coworkers
Follow-up on a regular basis and give feedback to team members.
- Lead, and participate in, Group Meetings and workshops
- Handovers
- Education for all staff
Introduction for all coworkers in the teams
- Participate in recruitments
Give input to ensure that we recruit the right competencies, be a part of the recruitment team.
- Participate in meetings
As technical experts and/or as coordinators
- Follow-up work and report status to delivery manager


EXPERIENCE/SKILLS

- 1 year experience with similar tasks, i.e. team leader for a support-team
- Good verbal and written communication skills in both Swedish and English
- Good knowledge of supporting computers with Microsoft Windows XP and Windows 7
- Knowledge of managing users, security groups and distribution lists in Active Directory
- Knowledge of the applications included in the Microsoft Office 2010-suite.
