Transcom World Wide hanterar kundservice i form av inkommande och utgående telefoni samt administrativa åtgärder för konsumentintensiva företag inom en rad olika brancher - bl a telekommunikation, e-handel, resor, finans och energi.
Vi söker en Teamleader till ett av våra drift områden i Karlskoga.
The Team Leader is directly responsible for the product knowledge, profitability, quality, and effectiveness of his/her team. His/her daily activities primarily focus on effectively leading and managing a team of CSR to meet company's objectives in all areas of employee, client and shareholder satisfaction. This includes especially the developing of competencies of the CSRs and ensuring commitment towards the TransVision goals.
The TL reports to the Business Manager.
To qualify for this role you must.
Have worked in an operations department.
.Have worked with numbers and understand basic mathematics needed for reporting, analysis, and differentiation purposes.
.Manage your time effectively and be focused on setting clear objectives and priorities.
.Have worked in a performance driven environment
