Poster Store is an e-commerce B2C company, selling beautiful posters and high quality frames online. 


We are a young startup with 60 employees between 20-40 years. The company was founded in 2016 and started its journey in Stockholm, Sweden but is now active in 28 countries. About You
You have experience in customer service or equivalent. To fit in this role, you are a service-oriented, committed and driven person who makes things happen and who enjoys seeing your team thrive. We also believe that you have a mind for details while enjoying a high pace and enjoy working in an entrepreneurial environment. As we are a small company in rapid development, it is a lot that is changing and improving over time. Therefore you will find good opportunities to improve and develop your own workplace and work description.


In this role you will be responsible for leading our customer service team of about 10 people. It’s important that you like and are good at teaching and leading other people. As the company is growing very fast you have to be a person who is always looking for the next step in developing your team, making them and you better and better. 


Your Profile
Minimum of 4 years experience in customer service 
Minimum of 1-2 years in a position leading a team.
You are able to manage your time efficiently by working very structured and organized.
You are familiar with the use of Google Sheets, Google Docs & Unifaun
You are fluent in English.
Swedish is a plus but not a requirement.
You are a team player and ambitious.
You are flexible and open-minded.
You are a driven and motivated person who sees the bigger picture and more in the position than just a regular job.
You understand the structure and work life at a startup, and like it.
You are able and like to think outside the box.

Salary
Salary is set individually depending on previous work and educational experience.


Location
Our office is located in Älvsjö at Varuvägen 9, which is about 12 minutes walking distance from Älvsjö train station.
