Teamleader Exceptions Handling

Our Nordic & Baltic head office is placed in Gothenburg. As a team-leader you will play an important roll in the Accounts Payable function, currently consisting of 24 people working with transactions for all Nordic entities (Denmark, Norway, Sweden and Finland).General Areas of responsibilities - Develop and motivate your team - The position includes day-to-day management authority of the team as well as allocation of tasks and responsibilities within the team as required - Timely and accurate handling and payment of supplier invoices - Ensure that all SAP exceptions (non-receivables) are handled according to global guidelines and agreed timeframe - Ensure that all handling of supplier invoices are done in accordance with local regulations and global/area company guidelines (APMM Gap, good accounting practice, etc - Play an active part of the NDC accounts payable team to ensure best practice sharing as well as improvement of processes/routines The Candidate The ideal candidate is ambitious, result-driven, structured and thorough, and has a high attention to quality.The person has a desire and ability to take ownership.Further, the person needs to be a good team-leader with the ability to delegate and motivate team members, and ensure that focus is kept on delivering results.Required skills: - Minimum 2-5 years experience within accounting - SAP experience and/or accounts payable background will be seen as an advantage - Excellent communication skills - Good skills in English and Swedish, both verbally and in written form - Knowledge in any Nordic language is seen as an advantage Preferred start date is as soon as possible.Application: You apply for the position by registering your application and attaching CV and cover letter at our website www.maersk.com, no later than the 25th of July 2007.We do not accept applications by mail or e-mail.
