The Rosemount TankRadarABdivision of Emerson Process Management is a leading provider of radar-based level and tank gauging solutions for the marine, oil & gas and process industry markets.[ Founded in 1976, the company has a turnover of over 1 billion kr and employs over 400 people worldwide.[ To support rapid growth and expansion into new areas, we are adding a number of new positions in R&D, purchasing, service and other areas.[ The company is owned by Emerson (NYSE:EMR), an American company with over 128,000 employees and USD 20 billion in sales.[ We offer an exiting opportunity to lead a team of five embedded software engineers working with developing real-time software for different types of micro controllers and DSPs.The software is part of a radar based level gauging system.Our software solutions are used for signal processing, logic functions, communications protocols and hardware drivers.We have a very innovative environment and are involved in all phases of the development cycle from specifications to test.As a team leader you report to the gauge software manager.You will be responsible for leading your team's development both technically and operationally, this includes assigning tasks to your team members.Most of your time will be spend on developing technical solutions.To apply for this position you need to have an M.Sc.degree in electronics, computer science or physics with appropriate leadership experience and a minimum of four years of experience from embedded software development.You are a skilled C programmer and have vast knowledge of signal processing and communications.You have the ability to multitask within a fast-paced environment and enjoy working with a large amount of responsibility.You have excellent analytical and problem solving skills.You are motivated by working under the pressure of tight deadlines and adjust quickly to changing circumstances.You have excellent oral and written communication skills, both in Swedish and English.You have a driver's license.The position is located in Linköping.[ Please apply by using the apply button or the link below, no later than May 20th.
