Vidinge Grönt is a fast growing company in food industry. The company was founded at 2010 and was expanding rapidly since that then. Today we have around 140 employees. Companies business concept is to have a control of production process from raw material to ready product, and at the same time to develop our competitveness constantly. Today we are yearly producing 35 milion cut and washed salad bags for some of the biggest retailors and food service in Sweden and Denmark.
Now we plan to make a step of evolving in our Packing department and looking for a new staff for following position:

Job description:

- Team leader for a group of 20 people

PERSONAL SUMMARY

A hard working Team Leader who performs and delegates all multiple duties in a respectful and professional manner. Apart from ability to effectively lead a team, motivate staff to do better, make sound decisions and work with managers and staff at all levels of responsibility. As a superb communicator to think, communicate and present information effectively to people from all social backgrounds.

Duties

- Allocating daily jobs and workloads.
- Training new team members.
- Acting as a resource for other staff members.
- Managing team performance and progress.
- Enforcing all company approved policies and procedures.
- Constantly looking for ways to improve processes.
- Monitoring the performance of staff.
- Completing team-related paperwork.
- Implementing new initiatives and making sure all staff understand them.
- Taking action to correct and staff shortcomings.
- Managing and monitoring staff attendance.
- Giving prompt and accurate information on individual staff member performance.
- Attending and participating in team meetings.
- Ensuring a clean, safe and friendly working environment.
- Reporting to department and senior managers.

- Superb coaching and mentoring skills.
- Prioritizing important tasks and ensuring they get done first.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.

- Able to speak to both decision-makers and junior staff in a tactful and sensitive manner.

- Friendly attitude.

Form of employment:

- Job offer is for full time.

Salary:

- As agreed with the Kommunal.
