What we´re offering

As Teamleader for our sales team You will work with a dedicated and tight team with the vision to change an entire industry in afun, high paced, innovative and open work environment. On top of this You will be collaborating with some of the largest companies globally to shape the future of digital shipping support.

The role

In the position as Teamleader Sales You will be the team leader of the sales team. You belong to a professional team of five people and you will take responsibility and build the structure meanwhile building Your own portfolio of clients. As teamleader You lead and guide our sales professionals, You maintain and develop our structure with the ambition to create a worldclass, efficent and appreciated sales approach.

MOST strive to have long-term customer relationships, which means a customer care role while creating additional sales. The idea is that you should create your own customer base with both new and existing customers. You are given a solid introduction where the ambition is for You to gain an understanding of the entire organization.

You have a budget of Your own and manage the full sales process from prospecting to customer implementation.

MOST office is located in central Stockholm and you are out travelling 5-6 days a month visiting customers all over the world creating sustainable and good relationships.

What we’d love to see from you

- Excellent sales record and an interest in creating customer value

- Interested in leading and coaching

- Expericence form Tech sales and understanding how API works

- Understanding of hardware

- Fluent English skills, both in speech and writing, multilingual is a merit



- Good knowledge of the Office package, CRM systems etc.



- Knowledge abput logistics, supply chain and shipping processes is a merit
