David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy who is seeking to onboard a Swedish speaking Team Leader to join their teams in Athens.
Position: Team Leader
Location: Athens, Greece
Employment type: Full-time
Remuneration: Base salary.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Meet successfully set KPIs for your team as well as implement effective strategies and initiative to help drive the business forward
Handle operations, processes and reporting on a daily basis
Lead, engage and manage the performance as well as communication and development of staff members
Identify staff training needs and provide them with adequate support and coaching as well as evaluate them on a regular basis
Develop and implement improvement measures to optimise important success metrics linked with quality and KPIs
Provide outstanding customer service and communication.
REQUIREMENTS:
Native/Fluent in Swedish & Fluent in English (B2), both orally and written
Previous similar experience in a multicultural contact centre (BPO) environment is ideal
Demonstrated experience in successfully leading and working closely with staff and the operations management team at large
Excellent attention to detail as well as a strong willingness to follow procedures
A genuine passion for customer care
Full working proficiency with MS Office package such as Excel,
Outlook, PowerPoint
Ability to adapt and learn technology quickly
Capacity to display high levels of integrity, honesty & judgment
Prior demonstrated experience of handling multiple, complex, on-going tasks & projects.
