David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit a Swedish or Norwegian speaking Team Leader for their Málaga office.
Position: Team Leader
Location: Málaga, Spain
Employment type: Full-time
Remuneration: Base salary + bonuses.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage and keep an overview of the team, insure attendance/absence is managed
Insure that efficiency of the team complies with given SLAs
Guiding team members so they reach agreed KPIs and Quality standards
Deploy and follow up on development plans with team members
Hold team meetings and 1-2-1 with team members on a weekly basis
Lead or assist with team training
Escalate any issues to Head of Account
Manage Daily Reporting
Prepare MSRs with Head of Account
Create a positive, motivated and engaging work environment.
REQUIREMENTS:
Native/fluent in Swedish or Norwegian, both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
Previous experience managing Account Managers and/or Tech/Sales profiles is needed
Group leadership skills
Ability to coach
Excellent communication skills
Flexible attitude
Leadership skills with ability to implement & manage change process.
