Teamleader Tactical & Operational Procurement

Your role

You will functional lead/support our tactical and operational team within Property & Logistics in daily operations. Initiate and execute improvements in our ways of working that also includes both suppliers, users/Purchase requesters and Procurement tool.

You will work towards individual & team targets, coordinate your job within the function and report to Head of Procurement Property & Logistics. You will create and maintain commercial relations with suppliers and stakeholders. Perform sourcing projects including activities of preparation, execution, analysis, negotiation, supplier selection and contract signing.

Your profile

To be successful in the role you need to enjoy working co-operatively in teams as well as independently, have a business mind-set, be target oriented, performance driven in completing improvements and tasks.

We need you who enjoy leadership and taking ownership, being a change maker as well as a strong collaborator combined with courage to challenge.

This position requires that you will be approved in a security screening in accordance with the Swedish Protective Security Act.
