Teamleader to Dott

We are currently looking for a team leader to work for the e-scooter company, Dott. Dott is setting up their business in Stockholm and wants to build an excellent team to help grow the company.

The role would involve working at the warehouse and managing the teams on the ground, as well as drivers. You will manage workflows, schedule, and keep your team motivated.

This is a full-time position and the job is located in Stockholm city.

Who are we looking for?

As a person, you are often described as a social and responsible problem-solver. You have a natural ability to motivate and coach others and truly thrive when you are working with others. We also believe you are interested in the micro-mobility industry and curious to expand your knowledge in that field.

Furthermore, we are looking for a candidate who has:

- Previous experience with managing teams
- Excellent English skills, spoken and written
- Strong digital and administrative skills
- Highly communicative
- Drivers license


If you have previous experience within the micro-mobility or last-mile industry, this is a strong merit.
