We are now looking for Graduates to several roles in Nordea Markets as well as to Nordea Investment Banking & Equities and Nordea ESG.
The Graduate Programme is designed to kickstart your career. It is a 2 year programme starting latest 1 September 2023 in which you will have clear learning objectives to support your growth as well as rotations that you can influence yourself to a large extent depending on your interests. You will be mentored and connected to several people that will give you sparring, guidance and support throughout the entire programme.

About this opportunity

Would you like to start your career as a Graduate in Nordea, one of the largest banks in Europe with the leading financial Markets department in the Nordics, and have the opportunity to develop and thrive?
We are looking for Graduates to teams in Copenhagen, Århus, Stockholm and Oslo with a desire to work within one of below areas:
* Trading. On several of our trading desks – Equities and Fixed Income, we are in the centre of the Nordic financial markets doing risk management and market making with an ever increasing focus on electronic trading, quantitative analysis and advanced data modelling.
* Sales. In various Sales functions – Equities, Fixed Income and Foreign Exchange, we mitigate unwanted financial risks and engage in dialogues and sparring with customers on how market dynamics may provide opportunities.
* Analysis and development. In various roles, we support, develop and implement solutions for our business areas by doing quantitative assessments, software development, analysis focusing on data, ESG or driving change agendas.

This entails providing you the opportunity to interact with various desks – which allows you to identify areas that match your skill set and interests, and thus grow in this exciting and dynamic industry. You will collaborate with highly qualified and dedicated colleagues, one of whom will be assigned as your mentor, to give you further support in your development.

* Agile software development, DevOps, ML Ops, production-ready trading technology.

To be a qualified candidate for the Graduate positions, you have:
* A Master’s degree by 1 September 2023,
* A maximum of two years’ post-academic work experience,
* Excellent language skills in English. Skills in one of of the Scandinavian languages is an advantage,
* For the position in Århus, Danish language is a requirement.
* For the positions in Stockholm, Swedish language is a requirement.
