We are now hiring a Tech Competence Partner to our HR Team in Sweden based in Norrköping.
What you do
This role plays a very important part in growing CTEK’s Engineering Development Department. Responsible for Engineering Employer Brand and to attract, recruit, develop and keep engineer talents throughout CTEK. You will:
- Own and manage the candidate journey from start to finish in the engineer recruitment process. This includes sourcing, screening, and coordinating with managers
- Build and maintain a solid pipeline of candidates relevant for CTEK now and in the future
- Take an active part in improving our way of working and best practices in all matters concerning talent attraction and recruitment
- Mapping and discuss what competence we need, through development and recruitments to onboarding process that gives our employees the best ground when start working with us
- Cooperate with the Marketing department to be present in different platforms, like web pages, social media etc. and participate in fairs and external meetings to build CTEK engineer brand

Your skills
- Recruiting experience, preferably withing software, hardware and/or system engineering
- Fluent in English and Swedish, both orally and written
- A cultivated network within engineering is an advantage
