What you´ll do 
Join us in building a world-leading recruitment organization and be at the forefront when it comes to recruitment technology, data, processes, and candidate experience in a truly global setting. As a Tech Executive Recruiter you will be reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition and have accountability for leading Executive level hiring practices across the business.
You will be part of a team of Excutive (Director+ roles) full-cycle recruiters, with an understanding of multiple areas of domain expertise. Since this is a new function, you will together with the team, set up ways of working and developing a robust, multi-channel, search strategy that will attract world class leaders. 
You will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment within one or several domains. You will be an advisor and partner to Executive leadership to support current and future needs and ensure a full understanding of their recruitment needs. You will build and maintain a global pool of key talents and engage with them continuously to secure candidate involvement and a strong pipeline for upcoming recruitments. 

Your main responsibilities will include:
* Process design and ensure that the recruitment process holds a high validity and that candidates are being assessed in a competency-driven way
* Utilize data-driven insights to drive knowledge-sharing within the business and internal recruitment teams by packaging and presenting performance and quality of executive and leadership hiring pipelines for main key stakeholders 
* Proactively identify the recruitment needs of the business by understanding key skills and being part of succession planning of the business  
* Full life cycle recruitment accountability for executive hiring


Who are you?
To be successful in this role you have a University degree or relevant years of experience. We expect you to have at least 5 years of experience in recruitment/search and have solid experience from senior management hiring. Ideally, you have previous leadership experience, and it is a plus if you have worked in a global environment. Finally, you must be fluent in English, both verbally and written.

Experience is important, but personality is key! We are looking for someone who is passionate and engaged, who wants to take an active part in developing our ways of working and who wants to exceed expectations in delivery. Since we work with many different stakeholders internationally while sometimes having tight deadlines, you need to have high integrity, strong communication and cooperation skills. Furthermore, we work in a fast paced and at times demanding environment, so you need to be business and performance driven.
