We are looking for a person that is passionate about technology and end-user experience, to join our Digital Workplace & Corporate IT Tribe. Telenor is rapidly heading towards the digital future, and we are looking for people with a natural proactive drive who wants to make a difference.

What you’ll do

The Tribe is responsible for a large part of the internal IT systems and hardware and is an important enabler for all co-worker’s digital work environment and efficiency. Examples of our technology areas are laptops, video room equipment, Wifi, Exchange, Windows, Citrix, Dynamics Nav, Workday, Office 365, application packaging and much more.

In the role as Tech Lead, you will work together with other Tech leads, the Tribe and stakeholders to find the best solutions for Telenor, engaging in design, development and roadmap activities with Tech Leads, architects, information security officers, managers, and technicians.

You will be responsible for the long-term system health for your area, and you work both operationally and strategically.

Overall responsibilities:
* Have end-to-end responsibility for sustainable system architecture, maintenance, and operations for your areas
* Prioritize system maintenance requirements and help us evolve the services and their capabilities and features
* Be responsible for budget, forecast and cost optimization within your area
* Have a big impact on improving the way we work

Who are you

You are hands on when it comes to solving problems while keeping a collaborative and coaching mentality in a cross-functional setting.

You are an effective change driver and communicator who inspires and creates a great user experience. You have experience and belief in agile way of work.

We believe you have a proven track record of delivering value through collaboration as well as individual work, and have the following background:
* Experience of digital workplace environment
* Experience in working with outsourcing partners
* Knowledge of ITIL processes
* University degree or similar within relevant areas
