Tech Lead

We were founded in 2017 and has grown rapidly over the years with an increase in turnover with over 500%. We are still in an expansion phase with new offices in major markets across Europe, such as London and Oslo thus we need to further expand our development department with a Tech Lead!

At Adway we develop a recruitment marketing platform that streamline our customers candidate inflow and takes their employer brand to new levels. We always strive to be even better than we were yesterday, and we want to make sure that we work in the best possible way to always be one step ahead.

You will:

- Be part in the development of Adway's new Programmatic Recruitment Marketing Platform which is used by Swedens foremost employers such as Peab, Tele2 and SEB et al.
- Lead a tight development team, including staff responsibility.
- Implementation of processes and working methods within the team.
- Deliver business value through platform development.
- Delivery of high-quality software.


The position will initially be distributed between operational support, project management & teamlead. The idea is that the operational support part will decrease over time.

We believe you have:

- A degree in computer science, software engineering or similar.
- 7 years of experience in software development.
- Excellent knowledge in system architecture, programming, and software design.
- Leadership skills and experience including project management
- Strategic business thinking.


It’s a merit if you also have experience in the following:

- Experience of leading remote teams
- Previously experience from the ad-tech/mar-tech industry
- MongoDB
- Testing, Mocha/Tape/Jest
- Scrum or Agile working methods
- AWS
- Docker
- TypeScript
- GraphQL
- CI/CD
