What you will get to do As Tech Lead for the Core team, you will be responsible for ensuring the team’s success, from designing and building solutions to improving processes and technical capabilities. You will focus on communication infrastructure to support the consumer throughout the payment journey, interfacing with internal teams and data. Your expertise in .NET and AWS will be critical as we build robust, scalable systems using event-driven architectures and microservices.
Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering growth and development.
Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to drive technical solutions that align with business goals.
Architect, develop, and maintain scalable and reliable applications using .NET, AWS, and modern development practices.
Promote best practices in DevOps, QA automation, and continuous delivery.
Balance hands-on coding with team leadership to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Advocate for innovation and continuous improvement within the team.

What you bring to the team Proven experience leading software engineering teams.
Strong proficiency in .NET, AWS, and C#.
Experience with event-driven architectures, microservices, and related technologies.
Solid understanding of DevOps, continuous delivery, and QA automation processes.
Familiarity with tools like GitlabCI and Terraform.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
