Your next opportunity

Telia Finance is a relatively small Credit Marketing company within the big Telia Company Group. The IT department in Telia Finance is covering everything from Web Portals to BI and Data Lake and has an important stake and impact on the future business of Telia Finance.

My name is Erik Björk, and I have just started my job as Head of IT in Telia Finance. I will launch a new organizational setup during 2022, where we will move towards continuous deployment, DevOps, and a transformation towards SaaS-based Public Cloud solutions!

In the Telia Finance IT unit, you will work with continuous improvements towards more efficient IT delivery, building in-house competence, starting up our DevOps journey as well as challenging our Ways of Working.

The role

In this role, you will be tech lead for one of our B2B teams; B2B Portals. Portals builds the actual user interface towards the leasing business. In the team you will work with Java, on-prem as well as cloud-based Infra, and microservices.

You will be coding with the teams as well as leading them and driving the development forward towards our B2B target architecture. In this stage of our transition, you will also get to influence our technology choices and ways of working.

You will have an important role as Tech Lead in our B2B team where you will communicate, lead, exemplify and guide the team forward. For this role, two aspects are important: coding and communication! Does that sound like your kind of gig? Apply today!

We believe you have

- Experience of working in a modern java-based platform
- Experience with modern test and CI/CD- frameworks
- 5 years of relevant working experience as a developer or similar
- At least 1-2 years of experience as tech lead
- Relevant bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or computer science
- Experience in microservices, Kubernetes, Kotlin, AWS, and/or Linux is considered a plus.
