Tech Lead, i3tex Stockholm

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Tech Lead/Team Lea you will lead a team of 4 mechanical engineers within the telecommunication networks sector. The role includes taking responsibility for your team and your team´s ongoing projects. You are the go-to person for internal stakeholders and other departments, ensuring on-time delivery in the project and that the team reaches set targets and meets deadlines. You will also take part in the operational work, and some of your time will be dedicated to mechanical construction and product development.

QUALIFICATIONS

5+ years of experience as a Mechanical Engineer, Product Manager, Tech Lead, or similar position in the telecommunication sector

Ability to address problems, abstract and understand and communicate content, natural problem solver

Ability to work independent and self-organized

Ability to work in a team and in an international environment

Ability to work flexible, outcome focused

Ability to contribute to and shape business with fundamentally new technology

Very good communication and networking skills

PERSONAL QUALITIES

You are an experienced mechanical engineer who preferably have worked in the telecommunication sector, or in product development of electronics. You have likely worked as Tech Lead/Team Lead or Scrum Master before or are now ready to step into such a role. You have a natural ability to take control and ownership in a project and have developed the necessary skill set to successfully lead your team and steer your projects from start to delivery.

You are flexible, hands-on, and self-propelled. You can lead others and have great communication and time management skills. You have developed an ability to see “the bigger picture” and an understanding for how your work affects the overall business of the companies.
