We are looking for an analytical and driven person to join our Digital Workplace team as Tech Lead Privileged Access Management (PAM). Telenor is rapidly heading towards the digital future, and we are looking for people with a natural proactive drive who wants to make a difference.

 

What you will do 

In the role as Tech Lead, you are responsible to improve and maintain our capabilities within Privileged Access Management (PAM). This includes our large and complex network infrastructure with different environments and high demands for compliance and a smooth way-of-work. You set up the required processes and work together with the Identity and Access Management (IAM/IGA) team to find the best solutions for Telenor.

You will: 
* Actively drive the PAM-roll out at Telenor and develop practical solutions
* Create and update PAM-architecture, documentation of configurations, processes, and system changes 
* Plan, perform and/or monitor system upgrades and maintenance, manage incidents, and analyse technical issues 
* Be responsible for budget, forecast and cost optimization within your area.

A broad network within Telenor will be a key to success and you need to communicate and reach consensus with architects, information security officers, managers, and technicians.

We believe you have a proven track record of delivering value through collaboration as well as individual work, and the following qualifications:  
* Experience of PAM/IAM/IGA projects and merit if you have knowledge about Cyberark  
* Experience in IT system administration and knowledge of user directories, servers (Windows/Linux), databases (MS SQL/Oracle), Public Key Infrastructure (PKI)
* Deep knowledge in directory-based services like LDAP or Microsoft Active directory
* Knowledge of ITIL, processes, policy and Segregation of Duties
* University degree within relevant areas (Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar).
